Romanian Deadlifts with Reverse Bands
This was right after my back injury ummm number 2 I think. I went with double overhand grip to take it easier on my spin twisting slightly and to give my bicep a break. One might call this just a rack pull and I am ok with that. I used a setting that was perfect for how I would do Romanians so…there you have it. Slow and steady on the technique. No resetting on this set but no bouncing either.
