Bench Press
245×8 3 sets

Squats
475×8 3 sets

Deadlifts
405×1 15 sets

Quick workout of about 90 minutes.  I will hit body weight work first thing in the morning.

Based on the following chart I am keeping in the ranged for my session.  Everything was around 60-65%.
