All programs require a $250 non refundable deposit which will go towards the first month of services.
While I do not have a system I do follow concepts I believe in, to help each person reach their personal goals.
I use a combination of heavy, med and light intensity levels along with hypertrophy, strength and power schemes fixed into block periodization cross referenced with Prelipin’s concepts for rep ranges. Assistance training I use the inverse of what is going on for that day. Lighter primary and secondary days I will go a little heavier on assistance work. Everyone is weak in posture it seems so upper back movements and abs are emphasized.

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment. Cancellation is required within 24 hours of the appointment otherwise the session is not credited/refunded. Additionally, a no show for the appointment counts as an active session and is therefore not refunded.
Late/skipped payments will incur an additional $25 fee. Training will be suspended until the account is current. In order to cancel your services, you must provide a cancellation notice in writing 14-DAY PRIOR TO NEXT BILLING DATE.
